People often ask me, "Kristi, what’s a typical day look like for you?" Truth is, there’s no such thing as typical when you’re working both luxury listings and 100-acre ranches but that’s exactly why I love it.
My days usually start early before the sun comes up. Ranch life never really left me, so I’m up with the coffee brewing and boots ready. If I’m not heading to a showing, I might be walking land with a client, checking fence lines, or reviewing soil quality before we write an offer.
Other days, I’m swapping my jeans for heels and staging a luxury estate for professional photography, prepping for a private showing with a high-net-worth buyer, or negotiating a multimillion-dollar deal. I could be touring an equestrian estate in Heath before lunch and running comps on a Kaufman County ranch by late afternoon. And in between it all, I’m answering calls from clients, reviewing title work, wrangling surveyors, and still finding time to cheer on my boys at a rodeo or meet my husband Josh for dinner back home.
It’s a mix of grit and grace, boots and briefcases. That’s the blend I bring to every client and it’s why I love what I do. Whether I’m in boots or heels, my goal is the same — to get you the results you want. Let’s make your real estate journey as smooth and successful as possible.
