A Life Lived on Texas Land
Born in Kaufman County and raised on a working ranch in Forney, Texas, I grew up as one of my dad’s ranch hands—literally. With no sons to take on the tough jobs, my sister, Kaci, and I worked side by side with our parents: riding horses, working cattle, mending fences, and learning what it takes to make a ranch run. I’m not just familiar with ranch living—I’ve lived it, and yes, I can drive a skid steer and a dump truck, if the job calls for it!
That upbringing gave me more than a love for the land—it taught me the value of hard work, loyalty, and community. Those same values now guide me as I help clients find not just beautiful properties but functional, smart investments.

I married my high school sweetheart, Josh, and we’ve raised our family right here in the same community I’ve always called home. Josh spent 25+ years as a professional rodeo cowboy, earning a place in the Rodeo Hall of Fame—twice.
Our family is built on entrepreneurship and independence. From aviation management and auto services to restaurants and real estate investing, Josh and I have launched and led multiple successful businesses, each centered on service, strategy, and relationships. I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up, and that insight shapes the way I advocate for my clients every day.
From Healthcare to Home Sales
My professional career began in the medical field, where I worked for years in a specialized orthopedic and neurosurgery group. It was there I honed my skills in client care, precision, and people-first communication, qualities that continue to serve me well in real estate.
My real estate journey began when I sold my own home— start to finish—without an agent. I fell in love with the process, got licensed, and haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve built a strong client base of business professionals, physicians, and farm and ranch owners, helping them buy and sell with confidence and strategy.

Fun Facts About Kristi
RODEO ROOTS: competed in rodeos until my mid-thirties and now cheer on my own sons in the rodeo arena as they compete. High School Sweetheart: Married my cowboy, Josh, who’s now a two-time Rodeo Hall of Famer.
PILOT MOM: My oldest son, Blevin, is earning his pilot’s license, while my youngest, Brinnon, is chasing rodeo dreams.
RANCH LIFE PRO: I’ve been horseback since before I could walk and can drive a skid steer, a dump truck, and most farm equipment like a pro.
