2. Counter-Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which KristiEdwards.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

3. Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material as required by the DMCA. We will also notify the user who posted the material in question.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, KristiEdwards.com will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please contact us with the relevant information, including the user’s details and examples of infringing material.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates the DMCA or that we otherwise deem inappropriate. However, we do not have the ability to review every piece of content posted on our website and cannot guarantee that all infringing content will be removed promptly.
